Located at third avenue, the proposed design for the lobby seek to elevate and highlight its presence with a terracota white frame. The signage is created from the intertwine of metal pieces that also create an undulating pattern behind. The existing columns are maintained but covered with the same metal material to give it a pattern and texture. The second floor has been programmed to have several amenities for the tenants. The roof space serves as a exterior lounge space with a bar area protected by a metal trellis.
